The Poketto Collection Has Been Cleared! 

We received news this afternoon that The Poketto Collection has been released and can now be shipped to our backers! 

We should have all the games to their designated fulfillment centers in a fews days and can start shipment to all of you ASAP.  We'll update you guys again when shipping starts. 

Thanks for your patience while we got this mess sorted, can't wait to get the Poketto Collection in your hands! 

USA Customs Update

USA Consumer Product Safety Commission

Wanted to keep everyone updated on the customs situation in the USA. 

We are working closely with our customs broker and attorney to remedy this situation and get the Poketto Collection to our USA and Canadian backers ASAP. Unfortunately, we are still in a bit of a situation with the US Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC). 

The games are in the states and were actually released by USA customs...until The CPSC decided they wanted it back (seriously, the games were released, then called back for inspection because they 'never inspected the products'). 

Unfortunately communication has been extremely slow, and we are at the mercy of the CPSC timetable and have received no updates despite asking everyday.  We apologize for this unforeseen delay and will keep you guys updated as we learn more, and get this situation handled.

We've cleared customs....almost everywhere 

Hello Poketto Backers! 

Lets start with the good news! The Poketto Collection has cleared customs and is in fulfillment Centers for both VR and ShipQuest! We're going to go ahead and let these partners start fulfillment as soon as the product is entered into their system. 

For any of our backer who also backed Mint Control, the packages will ship separately, but should be delivered very close to one another.

And the weird news.... We are having trouble clearing customs in the USA. This means our backers in the USA and Canada will receive their pledges a little after our backers in the rest of the world. We're working to get this issue resolved as fast as we can, and will update everyone when we have some clear answers. 

To end on a positive note, our Australian partner (VR) was kind enough to share a photo of the Poketto Collection with us.  We think it turned out great and hope you do too!

The Games Have Landed ⛵️

Hey backers! 

The Poketto Collection has now landed in Europe, The US, and Australia! 

From here, the product will go through customs, unload onto soil, then ship to fulfillment centers. 

We will update everyone when we get through customs, and again when fulfillment starts with a range on when to expect your packages based on where you live. We will also post an update with all solo mode rules in 1 document at that time for easy access. 

Thank you again for all of your support! We look forward to getting these amazing new titles into your hands and seeing your photos, hearing your stories and watching these fantastic designs spark fun in every corner of the world.

The Poketto Collection Is On The Water

Just a quick update to let you know the Poketto Collection has finished printing and has hit the water! We will update everyone when the product has landed and is in fulfillment centers.
