EU Fulfillment Starts August 30th

First we want to say thank you to all of our EU backers for their patience.  ShipQuest has let us know that they will start shipping August 30th. Backers in the EU should start receiving package information from ShipQuest around that time. Please allow up to 14 business days for your package to arrive from the time your receive your information.

EU

ShipQuest is counting inventory now and prepping everything for shipment to the EU hub. We'll report back once this shipment has been sent, and let you know the estimated fulfilment start date.

ShipQuest UK Starts Fulfillment Next Week
 

Hey Poketto  Backers!

ShipQuest UK is ready to begin shipping out packages next week! Keep an eye out for package details from ShipQuest in your inbox. Please find additional details below.

How will my package be shipped?

Your Poketto Pledge will come as 1 package. If you pledged in the Mint Bid or Mint Control campaigns, these will come as separate packages. ShipQuest informed us today that treating all lists as separate 'jobs' would be the best way to save time and minimize errors. All campaigns will ship out at the same time, but physically be different parcels.

What if I live in the EU?

Our EU backers will receive their pledges after all ShipQuest UK orders have been shipped. We'll have more updates and timetables shortly after this process.

Canada, Australia, New Zealand & USA

EU & ROW Shipping Update: We have some answers!

 ShipQuest Shipping Update
 

Hey Poketto Backers! We have some updates on shipping for our EU and R.O.W. backers. Shipping will take place in waves, with all UK hub packages shipping out first, and EU hub packages following after.

If you backed our previous campaign, Mint Control, this update is the same information with one key difference. ShipQuest has agreed to send out one package for our EU and R.O.W.  backers who ordered both Control and The Poketto Collection (or Poketto Collection associated items) cutting down on your wait times for all of your new games to be delivered! 

ROW

In approximately two weeks, fulfillment from the UK hub will begin. This hub will distribute to all of our backers who are not in America, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, or the EU.  Please allow at least six week from your shipping notification from ShipQuest for your package to arrive. We will make an additional update when the first packages start shipping out.

EU

The EU hub should begin shipping out orders about a week and a half after the UK hub has finished. We will of course update everyone in the EU once this process begins. Similar to the UK hub, please allow at least six weeks for your package to be delivered from your notification date from ShipQuest.

Get Ready To Play Poketto

It's time, backers! 

The Poketto Collection is on its way to you! Find details based on where you live below.

A Quick Note On Starforge: Some plastic pieces in your Starforge tin will come with a film over them, and look a little strange. This film is there from manufacturing to protect the printed design on the plastic pieces. This plastic film can (and should) be removed for play. 

USA

USA packages are ready to ship this week! Keep an eye out this week for tracking numbers hitting your email from UPS or UPS Mail Innovations. The name of our fulfillment partner, Empire Games Group, may appear on your package while our company name, Poketto, may not. 

Canada

Our Canadian partner has all backer data and is picking up the product this week! We will post an official shipping start date as soon as Board Game Bliss lets us know all product is ready to ship! 

Europe

ShipQuest EU has received the games, has all backer data, and is ready to ship. Our manufacturer made a mistake and did not send any passports with the EU Poketto shipment, and we have those on the way! Fulfillment should start as soon as ShipQuest EU has your Poketto Passports.

Australia & New Zealand

Our partner, VR has all backer games as well as backer data. Unfortunately, our fulfillment partner for this part of the world did not receive any passports. We sent passports to them about a month ago, but the package is still  'in transit'. We've decided to consider this package lost, and will be sending additional passports. We'll keep you all updated when VR has received the passports and is ready to fulfill. 

Asia & Rest of The World 

ShipQuests UK warehouse has all backer games, as well as all backer data. Our manufacturer made a mistake and did not send any passports with the UK Poketto shipment, and we have those on the way! Fulfillment should start as soon as ShipQuest UK has your Poketto Passports.
